QuickDraw (居合抜き , Iainuki?) is a tech used in Chrono Cross. After acquiring 15 boss stars, Radius combines his agility and his Staff to strike a foe in battle.
Description[edit | edit source]
As Radius readies his Staff, the screen flashes white and a slicing sound is heard. When the screen returns to normal, Radius appears behind the enemy with his Staff out as if he had just landed a lethal blow. He returns the Staff to its holster by his side dramatically.
Name Origin[edit | edit source]
QuickDraw describes the swiftness with which Radius prepares his weapon and lands a successful blow. Ironically, all of his techs, to a degree, incorporate ideas of swiftness, which is uncharacteristic of aged men.
