MoonBeams (月幻 , Tsuki maboroshi, lit. Moon Illusion?) is Harle's Level 3 tech in Chrono Cross. Learned upon acquiring 3 boss stars, Harle gains the ability to call upon the powers of the moon to create light blades to rend through her foes, inflicting mediocre damage in the process.
Description[edit | edit source]
Harle will first strike up a pose by having her arms widespread on both sides and standing on one leg. A crescent moon form behind her, which quickly dissipates into blades, which are sent, flying, towards all foes present on-screen. The blades will then weave in and out of the spaces between the foes, before gathering near the centre and dissipating in a flash of light. The foes will then sustain damage accordingly.
