IceBreath (アイスブレス , Aisu buresu?) is a Blue Enemy Tech used by the Water Dragon in Chrono Cross. This tech allows the Water Dragon to breathe ice at her foes, inflicting fairly heavy damage and possibly the Frozen status effect as well.
Description
The Water Dragon will start off by opening her mouth wide, exhaling a thick plume of wintry air at her foes. The sheer coldness of the Water Dragon's breath will freeze the air around her foes momentarily, dishing out damage to them accordingly.
