Grand Finale (リズムブレイク , Rizumu bureiku, lit. Rhythm Break?) is a Blue tech used in Chrono Cross. After acquiring 3 boss stars, Nikki learns to smash his favorite guitar overtop the head of a single target.
Name Origin[edit | edit source]
In the 1970s, a rockband called The Who was renowned for smashing their guitars and sound equipment after every single concert as part of their "Grand Finale". Nikki's tech is likely based on this band's actions.
