The Giant's Claw is a location in Chrono Trigger that appears in 600 AD. An island off the coast of Choras, it houses the entire Tyranno Lair, location of the Reptites in Prehistory. Preserved in its caverns are monsters, treasure, and the Rainbow Shell.
Story
Toma knows the cave houses the legendary Rainbow Shell, but does not have a vessel to reach it nor technology to lift it, due to its extreme weight. Crono and his party are more successful, though they battle the Rust Tyranno to reach it, as a part of The Rainbow Shell sidequest.
