Story
Doan is the descendant of the director of the Arris Dome. When Marle, Crono, and Lucca enter the Arris Dome, he is surprised to hear they made it through Site 16 alive. When the three want to enter the basement of the dome, he tells them that they have made many attempts themselves though they have all ended in failure. The three enter the basement, defeat the Guardian, and find a seed.
When they come up from the basement, they give the seed to Doan. He says that they are a strange bunch, to which Marle says it is because they have not lost hope. Doan says he will try his best to grow the seed and gives the three the Jetbike Key, which they can use to drive a jetbike at Site 32.
