Dalton is a character that appears in Antiquity.
About Dalton
He is Queen Zeal's assistant (at least until the Prophet showed up). Dalton is evil like the Queen, except he is not being controlled by Lavos. One Zeal Citizen said Dalton has been in a foul mood these days, try to avoid him.
Arrival to Zeal
He is first seen by the party at the Blackbird (outside), and asks the Daltonites if the Blackbird is fully working to which they reply "she is fully operational Lord Dalton." Dalton looks at Crono's clothes and believes they might be the Queen's opponents the prophet had foreseen the arrival, thus Dalton says he'll keep an eye out for them before leaving.
Fall of Guardia
The Fall of Guardia, first depicted in an FMV in the Final Fantasy Chronicles edition of Chrono Trigger, was most likely caused by Dalton himself - in the DS re-release, after beating him as Once-King Dalton, he says "I'll raise the greatest army the world has ever seen in Porre, and use it to wipe your pitiful little kingdom off the map!"
Trivia
- Sometimes when Dalton himself doesn't want to fight. He summons an enemy called the Golem.
