The Cybot is an enemy appearing in Chrono Cross and later as fought as a boss in Fort Dragonia (Home). First appearing in Fort Dragonia, Cybot wander the ancient halls of the fortress, programmed to engage invaders in battle with a vehemence. Cybots appear as large, metallic humanoid robots, and can be either male or female. Often accompanying Cybots in battle are Alphabats. Two Alphabat usually fight alongside a lone Cybot. When Cybot travel in pairs, they are not accompanied by monsters of other varieties. Cybot share similar 3D renders with Roborg, the guardian cyborgs of Viper Manor. Cybots can be trapped in the Forget-Me-Not Pot and added to the pool of Doppelgangs performed by Sprigg.
Relatively slow to act, Cybot can be defeated easily without taking much damage. Focus on unleashing strong Green Elements to counteract its Yellow Innate. Carnivore, AeroBlaster, and Bushbasher work very well against this enemy. Because Cybot are heavy and move slowly, they do not attack often. Should a battle with Cybot last longer than a few turns, they can cast the Tech BeatenEarth which deals catastrophic portions of damage. When striking a party member physically, Cybots remove their left arms, wield them as clubs, and bash opponents over the head. Additionally, Cybot use various jump and strike attacks to damage party members physically.
