Steel Runner (てっかめんランナー?) is a character in Chrono Trigger. He / she (it's unknown what gender it is, because of the armor) is the same model as the Royal Guard and is one of the contestants in the Millennial Fair races during the Present, along with Green Ambler, Catalack, and G.I. Jogger. Steel Runner wins the race about 20% of the time.
