The Potpourri is an enemy fought in Chrono Cross. Commonly found as bio-lifeforms in Hydra Marshes, Potpourri exhibit the appearance of innocuous bulb-shaped plants with a red tapper as they sit, perched, in various intervals of said location. Across their pale-blue, rotund bodies are violet stripes.
Battle[edit | edit source]
Potpourri generally do not physically attack party members. Instead, when their Hit Points are reduced to critical condition, they unleash a ToxicBurst and perish. ToxicBurst has the potential to inflict the Poisoned status effect on all characters on-screen, and as such, the player is advised to have a stock of Antidotes at hand to counter this.
