Neo-N-Bulb is a boss that appears in Viper Manor (Another World) in Chrono Cross. They are a stronger version of the Bulb that appears in Shadow Forest, created by Luccia. When the party enters Luccia's research chamber within Viper's Manor, she sets two of these to attack the party as an "experiment" (essentially, she wishes to test how strong Serge and the rest of his party is).

Battle and Strategy

There are two Neo-N-Bulbs fought within Luccia's research room in Viper's Manor. They are known to use a small range of elements in battle such as Bushbasher, which deals heavy damage to a single party member and may cause the Status Effect Poison, Bushwhacker which hurls a wind at single foe and deals medicore damage, and they are also known to cast PoisonGas which inflicts damage on the entire party and may also cause the Status effect Poison to them.

Due to the fact these two boss monsters can inflict Poison on all party members, it is recommended to have a stock of Antidotes allocated to a character's Element Grid before fighting them.
