The Sapphire Brooch (青い石のブローチ aoi ishi no burōchi?, "Blue Stone Brooch") is a beautiful piece of jewelry kept by Orlha. After returning it to Orlha, it becomes an accessory called the Blue Brooch.

- Found at: Guldove (Another World).
- Use: Show the brooch to Orlha after Serge has been reborn in order to recruit her into the party.
- Acquired: After rescuing Riddel from the Viper Manor, defeat Orlha at Guldove. She will then give the party the Sapphire Brooch.
