Acid is an enemy that appears in Chrono Trigger. Mostly amorous blobs of orange goop, these creatures exhibit some humanoid features such as mouths, eyes, and arms. Occasionally, the curl up into puddles, which increases their Defense. Attacking them should cause them to unfurl into the true form.
Battle and Strategy
Found in the Derelict Factory, which is located in the Future, these enemies often accompany Shadows. They are impervious to physical attacks and must thus be killed with Magical Techs such as Flamethrower and Laser Spin. Physical Techs that count as Magical Damage, such as Wind Slash, are also effective against these creatures.
