Commonly, this accessory can be stolen from Wraith on the S.S. Invincible (Another World) (note there are two versions of the Wraith on the S.S. Invincible, and only one version has the Power Glove - the other one has Heal as a common steal instead).
Rarely, it can be stolen from Lynx (Viper Manor), Peppor (Enemy) (Viper Manor), Cat Burglar, Ketchop, and Karsh (Cape Howl).
