Melghid is a character in Radical Dreamers: Nusumenai Hōseki. Only mentioned in passing by Radius, the old Dragoon imprisoned in the Catacombs, Merkid and Zorander were among those unfaithful to General Viper when Lynx stole Viper Manor and the Frozen Flame.
