The Hero's Medal is an accessory in Chrono Cross. It is but one of the three pieces to the Hero collection. It is said that whoever wears the medal proves that the wearer is a true hero.

- Found at: Termina (Another World)
- Use: Present this to Pierre inside Zappa's Smithy. Afterwords speak with him again to recruit him as a playable character. The medal can be equipped as an accessory to Pierre.
- Acquired: While the player chooses someone to escort them to Viper Manor, they can visit Zappa's smithy in Termina. There, they will find a boy running circles behind Zappa's house in the yard. Talk to the boy to receive Hero's Medal. The Hero's Medal cannot be obtained if either Nikki or Guile have been recruited.
