The track serves as the primary battle theme for the game. Boss Battles use different soundtracks. Should Crono choose to enter Guardia Forest to gain levels and Experience Points before visiting the site of Lucca's Telepod experiment, the song can be heard in any number of possible battles therein. Otherwise, the track is first encountered, officially, in Truce Canyon, after Crono follows Marle into the Middle Ages.
