"Primeval Mountain", also called "Primitive Mountain", is a track composed by Nobuo Uematsu for the game Chrono Trigger. It is the eighteenth track on the second disk from the original soundtrack. Playing in the Mystic Mountains and Reptite Lair of Prehistory, the track appears again in the DS release of the game in both Strath of the Dimensional Vortex and Mount Emerald of the Lost Sanctum.
