NeoFio (改良種フィオ, Kairyoshu Fio) is one of Luccia's greatest experiments and one of her few genuine successes. NeoFio was able to be born by Serge sprinkling the Life Sparkle on her after venturing through the Hydra Marshes. Luccia must be with the party in order for NeoFio to be born as well.

Story

Unlike her "counter-part" Turnip, NeoFio has no significant or relevant backstory. She was simply born with a high degree of intelligence. She believes that as long as you exist, you should treasure life, but she also has her moments where she questions the point of existing. She eventually concludes that she has to exist to benefit the "next generation".

NeoFio develops a close bond to Turnip due to being a plant just like him, as well as questioning existence and the nature of philosophy with him. When not with the party, she can be found with Turnip on Hermit's Hideaway.
