The Aecytosaur (also known as Gigasaur in the SNES/PS version) is an enemy in Chrono Trigger that appears in the Giant's Claw in the Middle Ages. They are big and fat, with a green-colored skin and yellow chest and belly. Their head is narrow and their eyes are at the sides, similar to a bird. Their nose is pointy with a brown tip, they've also got small ears that resembles those of a feline, also with brown tips. At their back there are two small wings and they've got a big, heavy tail.

Battle and Strategy

When attacked with Light Magic, its physical defense severely weakens. It is very weak to Magic, otherwise, so if the player does not have Crono in the party, it can still be easily defeated.
