These enemies are noteworthy for possessing a [[Speed Capsule]] which can be [[Charm]]ed. A total of five Speed Capsules can be obtained this way. Note that once a Panel has been defeated, it will be permanently destroyed and won't respawn, so make sure to Charm them all before defeating them if aiming for their Speed Capsules.
