Berserker Ring (バーサクリング bāsaku ringu?, "Berserk Ring") (also known as Berserker in the SNES/PS version) is an accessory in Chrono Trigger. When equipped, the wearer will permanently have Berserk and Protect (Status) applied to them, increasing both physical damage (by 1.5) of all physical attacks as well as defense, but preventing the character from being commanded by the player (due to the Berserk status). It is wearable by anyone in the party, and the character wearing it will glow red in battle.
If players wish to use this accessory, it is recommended that it be equipped to physical oriented characters such as Ayla and Robo, due to them benefitting the most from the increased physical damage output and defense this ring offers.
