The Aecytonyx (also known as Leaper in the SNES/PS version) is an enemy n Chrono Trigger. It appears in the Giant's Claw in the Middle Ages. They share the same sprite as Crested Sprinter, who appears far earlier in the game.
Battle and Strategy
Normally appearing in groups of two or more, they are generally easy to kill. Since their physical defense is relatively high, it is better to use Magic against these creatures, or Techs that, albeit being physical, deal Magic damage.
