"Robo's Theme" is a track composed by Yasunori Mitsuda for the game Chrono Trigger. It is the second track on the second disk from the original soundtrack. The track first appears after Lucca successfully repairs Robo for the first time.

The song is most similar to a popular J-pop dance song, TRF's "EZ Do Dance" (1993), which has a very similar melody and chord progression about one-and-a-half minutes into the song. In the West, where "EZ Do Dance" is largely unknown, the song is instead often compared to Rick Astley's "Never Gonna Give You Up" (1987) as the background music has some similarities. Yasunori Mitsuda, the composer of this song, stated he has never before heard of Rick Astley or his music. This was due to "Never Gonna Give You Up" never charting in Japan, so Mitsuda was most likely inspired by "EZ Do Dance" which was a major chart-topping hit in Japan.
