This is where I will slowly plug in information about the unreleased fan game, Crimson Echoes. This is a good place to start before I plug in any information to the CE Namespace.

Prologue[edit | edit source]
Chrono Trigger: Crimson Echoes takes place right after the events of Chrono Trigger in the year 1002 AD (Changed to 1005 AD after the release of DS port). It start where Marle and Crono are discussing the big tomorrow. Marle drilling Crono's head not to sleep in. They kiss and make their way home. Crono (Still living with his mom) is yet again be force to awaken but this time by Marle. She can't believe you slept in. It's 9 o'clock! Lucca is also waiting with Marle's dad to talk with some diplomats. As Crono runs downstairs, his mother is there to greet him saying she already at the castle. (Damn, she's fast!) From there you can explore for a while to all the places (if you're played the game before) you should be familiarizes with.
As you head into the castle, one of the guards will say that the meeting will be downstairs to your right. As you're heading to the stairs, you'll see Marle and Lucca. As you head downstairs to where it appears to be a Dining Hall room, you'll meet Porrean (Citizens of Porre, Ingrus and someone who's a "drill sergeant and yells a lot". During this meeting they discuss using steam powered and all the patents are Royal Administrated which wasn't true according to Lucca. Second matter they discussed was the Sun Stone which was stolen and request a file a claim of original ownership. Marle disputes it was given to them. The king stats he will put under review... the escort finally speak saying to go. They both head upstairs, but the party doesn't feel right about those two and went to investigate. They find out their plot to kill the King whether discretely or not. The party pounces and Crono attack Ingus while the escorts run aways... REALLY FAST! They chase all the way to the bridge but he's too fast for them. Lucca mentioned she should of left "something" home, the escort runs back and steal it off her. Now they must chase him and get it back! When the escort finally stop at Denadoro Mountains (for reason unknown), Lucca attack and he drops the "item." Lucca reveals the item is a Time Egg (or The Chrono Trigger) which she was trying to create to some success. It start acting up and Lucca mentioned it activate a temporal vortex in the area. They try to leave, but it's too late and they get warp into the time portal. (Ohhh it's gray this time)...
From here you'll see the scene from Ayla and Kino. Kino is attack to fall off the cliff... (maybe we'll come back to that). Next goes to Frog with the no more formal crap and him taking the Masamune sword to the castle. A guard appears saying that they need him at the castle... (maybe we'll get to know later...) Back to Crono and the other two.. they warp to the future? (This is most interesting, indeed!)
Chapter 1[edit | edit source]
Start the first chapter with Magus being the playable character now. The wind is shifting and down falls Magus. (Death is nothing to the reaper) He was later found the Elder of a village. (The First Village) and taken in to get warm. He eventually awakens and was told to see the Elder before he departs.

Enemies[edit | edit source]
I really found out the stats like HP, MP, ATK and DEF. But from the demo they say these aren't EASY enemies. So I'm guess the character must be at least level 8 or more to defeat the first enemies easily and not have too much trouble with the first boss.
- Beast (Around 160 HP, 10 EXP, 2 TP, 25 G, Drops Tonic)
- Red Beast (Around 160 HP, 12 EXP, 2 TP, 25 G, Drops Tonic)
- Blue Beast (Around 160, 12 EXP, 2 TP, 25 G, Drops Tonic)
Locations[edit | edit source]
This would mostly be a list of location passed through, I might also include important details from within each location.
At the prologue, all the locations from the previous is there for you to check out, so to give it simple I'm going to list the important one that the character will need to go through to progress in story. I'm sure we'll come back to it if need be.
- Crono's House - First location
- Guardia Castle - Head there for first cut-scene downstairs
- First Village - As Magus: first "quest"
- Mist Village - Nothing special to mention
- Sargon's house - Healing Area, few cutscenes
- Beast Forest - First area with enemies (HARD enemies)
