Go to the shuttle and take the Epoch 2 time machine and go to 605 AD and land near Mystic Den forest and go inside. You'll meet with Kasmir who corners Flea a transgender man or woman. Glenn will intervene and Kasir will have 2 Henchman attack Flea but get defeated. Flea will take off but the 2 Henchman are still not defeated so defeat them as usual. Then talk to Flea, then go up the screen and talk to Slash who will easily take out 2 Henchman. Go up 2 screens north and you see a showdown between Ozzie and Kasmir which Ozzie defeats who turns out to be an illusion. Talk to Ozzie and he'll tell you to go to Kasmir's Fort. Once you enter Kasmirs fort, you'll meet up with Ozzie, Slash, Flea and they'll discuss the plan to invade and defeat Kasmir. Then Ozzie will throw all 3 party members to the second floor. You'll get ambushed by 3 Hench and defeat them. Head right to talk with Slash, then you'll fight 3 Grimalkins followed by 2 more battles and defeat them. Then go up and witness Slash fighting Kasmirhenc and then you'll fight Kasmirhenc. Afterwards head down 2 screens to the entrance. Go in the left door and you'll meet with Flea who will throw a fireball. This is kind of tricky so you'll have to hit the fireball until you hit the Deceased skeleton twice. Afterwards open the chest to get '''Steampunch''' A weapon for Robo. Go left in the door and run up the hallway, you'll be ambushed by Grimalkins, Green Imp and Hench which you can defeat. Go up one room to meet with Flea. Then open the chest to get '''Lode Armor''' Then go  all the way down the hallway to the room and you'll fight Grimalkin and Green Imp. Go to the main entrance and talk to Ozzie and choose Go Up. You'll be on the second floor, you'll be ambushed by 3 Hench that you fight. Go up and Ozzie will be in a jam. You'll play the Guillotine execution mini game where you have to trap the Green Imps that wanders around the room to be sliced to death. If you fail, you have to start over, once you kill all of the Green Imps. Go down the stairs and open the chest to the right and get '''Caliburn''' for Glenn. Open the chest right next to Ozzie and you'll get an item. Then talk to Ozzie and he will head back. Go all the way back to the main entrance and go right and go to a save point and you'll meet up with Ozzie, Slash, Flea who tells the player to use the save point which the party hops up to the third floor. Go up in the hallway and fight Grimalkins. Go up the door and open the chest to get '''Sakki''', go up the stairs and fight 2 Hench. Try to go up the door and Slash will come out and tells the party he managed to steal the Masamune sword. Go all the way back to the entrance and Slash will tell the party that the monsters were gassed to death. A cutscene with Flea and Ozzie will battle Kasmir, then King Zeal will teleport to the room and then teleport Ozzie, Flea and Kasmir away. The party members and Slash arrive but they're gone. Slash will give Glenn the Masamune and run off.
 
Go all the way back to the entrance and go in the Epoch 2 and travel to the year 19,995 BC and head over to Beast Forest, go west of the screen and you'll meet with 4 characters 2 Masa and 2 Mune who will talk to each other, then, Glenn will throw the Masamune back in the ocean. The timeline will be restored and Porre and Medina will no longer feud with Guardia and the Vanguard in 605 and 1005 AD will disappear. You may visit 605 AD and go to the castle to see Queen Leene but you won't be able to see King Guardia XXI. You can also explore the towns and you'll find out King Guardia XXI sneaked off to the town tavern in Dorino. When you're done go to the year 2305 AD and go down the elevator to have a meeting with Belthasar and he will tell you a meeting with Guardia 1005 AD is about to start. Marle will have to be in the party.
 
===The Darkness of Noon===
When you're done go to the year 1005 AD and at this point make sure you visit the Truce Inn, residence home and go to the market to shop and visit Leene Square and talk to people because sadly at this point, Guardia will get invaded and you'll no longer get to visit 3 places in Truce. Go in Guardia Castle and talk to King Guardia XXXIII at the throne room and go to the kitchen basement where King Guardia XXXIII will start the meeting with Porre and Medina about their grievances and getting independence from Guardia monarch system with King Guardia XXXIII is stubborn about change and coming to an agreement. Porre soldiers and the Medina monsters will demonstrate magic and King Guardia XXXIII will ask them to take a break. Then agree to continue the meeting, but it will get interrupted by a soldier who gets attacked and will inform the king his castle has been invaded. Go to the main entrance and you'll see Guardia soldier and the Porre soldier fighting. The Guard will tell Marle the castle has been invaded and Zenan Bridge is overrun and that enemies and Mystics led by Kasmir are teleporting in the castles defenses and the war at the castle begins. Masa and Mune will help out in the war invasion. Go to left basement and get supplies and get Medeacrown and other healing items. Go to the throne room and fight Reapers. Then go to the right tower to save Marle's 3 teachers. Then go back down and go to the left tower and you fight 2 Sentry. Afterwards go in the kings room and you'll meet an old enemy named Dalton who earlier rallied up Porre and Medina soldiers to invade Guardia to seek revenge. He will tell the party about the Black Wind Unit Operation and is seeking to overthrow Guardia and set up a Porre Kingdom.
 
You'll be fighting a boss battle against Dalton Plus and 2 Sorcerers. Make sure you kill 2 Sorcerers as they can heal Dalton. You'll want Magus in your party and equip Cyan Armor use his Double Tap to deal 17,600 HP damage. After the fight Dalton will pause and show the players the destruction of Truce at Leene Square, Lucca's Gato Robot defeats 2 Porre soldiers. The residence home being invaded by Porre soldiers and people getting killed. But at Lucca's House Taban turns on the claw machine and defeats a Porre soldier. Masa and Mune getting defeated by Kasmir. Dalton will make fun of Truce getting burned and Marle will get angry and kick Dalton out of the room and down the window. The cutscene goes back to King Guardia XXXIII who panics and makes a bad choice to shove the guard and run up the stairs to look for his daughter Marle and put himself in danger. King Zeal will storm the treasury room and kill 1 guard and the other guard runs away and steals the moon stone. Then have Marle run down the stairs to the throne room and they'll helplessly watch King Guardia XXXIII who's gets frozen by King Zeal. Zeal shows the Moon Stone and then Marles father gets teleported off into the darkness where he dies and is never seen again. Dalton who falls down from the tower attacks the guard and steals the Masamune and walks off with Kasmir.
 
After the invasion is over, there will be a meeting with Montcrief and the Chancellor about the destruction of Truce and reveals that Dalton used Porre to serve King Zeal. Marle is upset her father is gone for good. The Chancellor is angry at Montcrief at what's to become of Truce and Montcrief will declare Kingdom Guardia to be Guardia independent of Porre. Crono and Marle will be declared King Crono and Queen Marle and Marle will ask Chancellor to be in charge of the cleanup of Truce while Marle and her party survey the damage in Truce and get revenge at King Zeal for killing her father. Marle and Crono will sleep together in bed at Cronos house which managed to survived the invasion. Crono and Marle will discuss what happened in Guardia and Lucca will come upstairs and give them the good news that his cats, his mother survived and that her house was protected by security, her robot Gato survived and took out 5 monsters and her house is now an orphanage for homeless children. Crono's mother now is helping out the survivors. At this point you can no longer visit the Truce Inn, 1 Truce residence and the Truce market place since it will remain in ruins for the time being. However the player can still visit Crono's house, the 1 remain residence, Mayors Manor, Taban's house, Cathedral, Guardia Castle and the Truce Ferry, but at Leene Square however is in ruins and there are homeless children. At this point you can now do the Taban's Orphan sidequest.

Once you're done, go back to 2305 AD and talk to Belthasar. He will explain that King Guardia XXXIII didn't have much time to live and he would've died from a heart attack and that the meeting would've taken control of the meeting and that Marle is getting tired of doing errands. Belthasar will send the party to meet with Agent 12 to meet the reptite Cakulha and Belthasar will explain that the altered timeline without the vanguard caused Cakulha to survive and that Yaulk is captured and held in the Porre lab which got destroyed in 1006 AD. Marle and the party will go storm the Porre lab in Forest Ruins to rescue Yaulk.
