"'''Battle'''" is a track composed by [[Yasunori Mitsuda]] for the game {{CT}}.  It is the thirteenth track on the first disk from the [[Chrono Trigger Original Sound Version|original soundtrack]]. The track serves as the primary battle theme for the game. Should [[Crono]] choose to enter [[Guardia Forest]] to gain levels and [[Experience Point]]s before visiting the site of [[Lucca]]'s [[Telepod]] experiment, the song can be heard in any number of possible battles therein. Otherwise, the track is first encountered, officially, in [[Truce Canyon]], after Crono follows [[Marle]] into the [[Middle Ages]].
