The Steel Swallow is Serge's 3rd forged weapon. It grants +13 Atk & +2% Hit. The weapon has two blunt, steel blades at both ends.
- Please note: That the Hit % increases and decrases are based upon your characters original accuracy rating.
- Example: Serge's base Acc rating is 85%.
- Serge equiped Steel Swallow.
- Serge's Acc rating 85%, plus the +2% granted from the weapon equiped.
- Serge's Overall rating is now 87%.
