The Darkness At The End Of Time is the location where one fights the Time Devourer. It can be reached by going to the Opassa Beach with the Time Egg.

It is Also where discarded timlines go after they are destroyed.

Schala was sent here by the Ocean Palace Disater, and Lavos was sent here by being defeated by Crono and his friends.

Lavos combined with Schala here and became Time Devourer.
