Zoah is one of the four Acacian Dragoon Devas, and has a tendency to SHOUT, presumably because he never takes his helmet off. He joins fellow devas, Karsh and Marcy in an attempt to prevent Serge from reaching Ft. Dragonia, but Serge fights his way past them. After he enters the fort, they follow him and discover that Lynx has betrayed and wounded General Viper. They manage to save him, and later, Zoah joins forces with Serge, who at this point is in Lynx's body.
