'''Zoah''' is one of the four Acacian Dragoon Devas, and has a tendency to SHOUT, presumably because he never takes his helmet off. He joins fellow devas, [[Karsh]] and [[Marcy (Chrono Cross)|Marcy]] in an attempt to prevent [[Serge (Chrono Cross)|Serge]] from reaching Ft. Dragonia, but Serge fights his way past them. After he enters the fort, they follow him and discover that [[Lynx (Chrono Cross)|Lynx]] has betrayed and wounded [[General Viper]]. They manage to save him, and later, Zoah joins forces with Serge, who at this point is in Lynx's body.

==Story==
His origin a complete mystery, he apparently came from [[El Nido]] and naturally fell into the service of [[Viper Manor]] given his physique and mindset were both suited for combat. Something adverse happened to him in the past, but this is never mentioned. He wore a helmet at all times, and little else to show off his muscles. When [[Serge]] tried to infiltrate Viper Manor via [[Shadow Forest]], he blocked the party off temporarily by challenging them in battle. Later on, he fought with the party again at [[Mount Pyre]]. After the [[Fort Dragonia]] double-cross occurred, he helped [[Karsh]] take [[Viper (Chrono Cross)|Viper]] back for recovery. He then wound up on the [[S.S. Invincible]], where he preferred to sleep when not traveling. He often muttered in his sleep, dreaming of something to eat (his utterances included "''YUMMY!''"). He then accompanied Serge in the fight against the [[Time Devourer]].
 
Zoah's past and what lies under the mask remains a complete mystery. He also probably has a deep and baritone voice, implied by the fact that his dialogue is displayed in all capitals in ''Chrono Cross''. Zoah has a tendency to SHOUT, presumably because he never takes his helmet off.

After finishing the [[Dead Sea]], go to the back room of the shop in [[Termina]] (Another World) and choose Zoah to help you rescue [[Riddel]]. If you choose Karsh, Zoah will join you later after Riddel is rescued.

In the "[[Missing Piece]]" artbook (only released in Japan), it says under the "Key Word" section on the profile page for Zoah that cats are the most popular pet in the [[El Nido]] archipelago, with even many of the [[Acacia Dragoon]]s having a large number of cat lovers. Amongst these cat afficionados, Zoah apparently stands out as being particularly fond of the cute little critters, to the point he raises one in his bedroom in [[Viper Manor (Chrono Cross)|Viper Manor]] (which can be seen in game).
