| *After Marle agrees to watch Crono test the Telepods, it is possible for him to simply talk to her before being teleported. This prompts her to test the Telepods, as if he had done so already. This is useful for swift playthroughs of the game.

| *In Japanese, at the beginning of the game the Telepod is called 超次元物質転送マシン1号 by Taban, and テレポードの転送 by Lucca. It's possible the former is an exaggerated name that Taban made up to gush praise on his beloved daughter, but it's also possible it is the "full" name of the machine, with the latter being an abbreviation. The Telepods are also called ポード (Pod) for short by Lucca during this early scene.
