Appearance
Dumber is purple and yellow, just like the pallete swap of a Viper.
Story
Dumber is a character in Guardia Castle in 1000 A.D. He is an enemy along with Dumb. When the party goes to find the Rainbow Shell in the castle, they overhear them talking about Yakra XIII trying to avenge them for killing Yakra the first. The party then kills the pair quickly. Their battle names are Vipers.
