However, despite the game being cancelled, 98 percent of the beta game has been completed and leaked online and can still be played from website Rom Hacks, or from a homebrew Super Nintendo cartridge of the game thorough the use of Retroarch on the Gamebox 128 USB drive for the Playstation Classic Mini console, or on downloaded on the SD Memory card with Retropie for the Raspberry Pi 3, 4 console.
Also an updated game called Chrono Trigger: Flames of Eternity is basically the same game with some changes from Crimson Echoes version.
