The Arris Dome is a location that appears in 2300 AD. It is where you fight Guardian and the two Pods.
This is also where you find out about Lavos,(by Marle clicking a button) and find the other gate in 2300 A.D. Doan and a few other humans live at Arris Dome. and by destroying the Guardian, you find a seed and give it to Doan and the others.
