Welcome to Chronopolis News. Here we will present news pertaining to the Wiki, the Chrono series or anything relating to Square Enix that grab our attention. Anyone can start a news report, but be sure to leave the date, location, source (if these two are possible) and sign your report with these <code><nowiki>~~~~~</nowiki></code> before sending in to the printing press.

Quickly following its PSN debut, Chrono Trigger is now available on the App Store for iOS devices! This version is a touch-screen outing of the DS port, and is available for $9.99.
Wikia has added a new feature that can really enhance your userpage and articles throughout the wiki! Now only will it show a gallery of images, but now it can do a slideshow of it! It's really easy to make too! To create a slideshow, click the "add gallery or slideshow" button (http://images1.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20100609205846/help/images/0/0a/PhotosIcon.png) in the Rich text editor. (Alternate way is to simply added <code><nowiki><gallery> pictures in the middle like crono.png|Add caption here and </gallery></nowiki></code> at the end. View main page for example) From there, you to select a group of images you want to include. It will also allow you to define the size and captions included below the image. Once completed, it will show on the saved page. Feel free to watch the slideshow, click through the photos, and even "zoom" the slideshow to a bigger version by clicking on the zoom icon. After a few months, Chrono Trigger has finally been available on Playstation Network! The game, in the ''Final Fantasy Anthologies'' version, is available as a "PSOne Classic" for $9.99.
Finally, the Chrono Wiki has 1000 articles! Thanks to Moocowisi with Chrono Cross enemies, SilverCrono with music articles, and let's not forget Zeypher, our great new admin helping with everything! In fact, everybody helped! Rejoice!

As of today, Chrono Wiki is officially a part of [http://seiwanetwork.org SEIWA]! The organization is a group of independent wikis that focus on Square-Enix games and media, and many users help and support each other throughout the various wikis. Besides Chrono Wiki, other SEIWA wikis include [http://khwiki.net the Kingdom Hearts wiki] and [http://dragon-quest.org the Dragon Quest wiki].
Recently today, Chrono Wiki has now establish a IRC channel. IRC is short for Internet Relay Chat. All rules of engagement can be found in it's project page here in the Chrono Wiki. [[Chrono Wiki:IRC]] or you can even found it located at the top of the home or article pages throughout the wiki. Maximum participation is a must!

As of today, Chrono Wiki has left Wikia and has become an independent site! Many thanks to the helpful community and third parties that aided in this shift in name. We're still the same old site, though, so don't be afraid to continue contributing!
There's actually a Chrono Cross card game out there in Japan right now. Thanks to an anonymous benefactor and ZeaLity's scanner, he was able to get the full Chrono Cross Bandai card game scanned and ready for viewing. It contains a deck of 60 cards, and is distributed in Carddas machines throughout Japan now. The only thing that sucks and made this pointless to other people that's not living in Japan or understand the langugage is that the cards are entirely in Japanese. ZeaLity was able to add these cards into a ''Material Requiring Translation'' page to help other Non-Japanese know what these are all about.

Nintendo isn't getting all the fun! Very soon, you can time travel on your PS3 and PSP, as {{CT}} is being ported to the Playstation Network. It is unknown yet if the port will be from the SNES or Playstation 1 version; there is still much to be seen.

Finally ''[[Chrono Trigger]]'' is getting it's port to the Wii Virtual Console after years of this service being released; it will be the first time that European players will be able to play the original SNES version Chrono Trigger, as the original SNES game was never released before in Europe. It will be released in Japan on April 2011 and in Europe on the second quarter of the year 2011.
