Since wielders of [[Bow]]s and [[Gun]]s include the [[Hit Rate]] in damage and accuracy calculations, the Ribbon is best suited for them. These characters include [[Lucca]] and [[Marle]]. Equipping it to other characters offers no observable advantage.
 
==Name Origin==
Marle always wears her hair in a ponytail, so a strip of decorative fabric would be necessary. Also, when in battle, having hair in one's face would impair one's vision and therefore lower the hit probability of their weapon.
