Use: To put out fires, and to cool the hot spot on the ground at Hermit's Hideout (Another World). (Please Note: If you cool the hotspot on the ground in Another World, you can come back to it further in the game in Home World and check the ground. Make sure to bring Poshul along if you have recruited her.)
Aquired: Examine the wall in the northeaster part of the room and examine the item on the wall. Take it off the wall to receive the Ice Gun.
