As it's name implies, it is the theme for the [[Millennial Fair]].  This song plays when the player enters the fair and continues as the player ventures through it. Occasionally, specific events, such as the testing of [[Lucca]]'s [[Telepod]] or the [[Moonlight Parade]] change the music of this area. When the player enters the prehistoric dance section, the music also changes. The song is considered by some to be one of the best in the game, ranking number 4 in TruceBreaker's top 10 list.  The song uses synthesized wind instruments and includes a section that sounds like hand-clapping.
