The PAGENAME Factory is a location in CT that appears during the Future. It is where Crono and Robo go to deactivate the power generator. Here, Robo encounters the R-Series robots, his former kindred who now believe him to be a traitor for sympathizing with humans. This dungeon features several puzzles which include the operation of cranes and conveyor belts. Disabling the power source of the factory opens a Sealed Door of Zeal in Proto Dome, beyond which lies a Gate that takes the party to the End of Time. The on-map sprite of the Derelict Factory is shared by Geno Dome.
The Derelict Factory is a location that appears in the Future. It is where you go to activate the power generator.

Strategy
For this mission, Robo and Crono are necessary party members. The player must select either Lucca or Marle to accompany them. Leaving Marle behind will make the battle against the R-Series robots easier, as she and Crono can cast the Double Tech, Fire Whirl. Additionally, allowing Marle to tag along is useful due to her healing spells. A role Robo could easily fill; however, during his absence, and without Marle, the party must rely on healing items, such as Potions and Lapises.
