I tried everything. Party order, who holds the Silver Rock, using other attacks before, fighting multiple or single enemies, etc. None of it worked. I've got no idea of how to use this damn Triple Tech in the SNES version of the game, so I had to look it up and get a screenshot from a video on YouTube. The video is from the DS version.
