PowerDive (急降下 , Kyūkōka, lit. Nose Dive?) is a Black Enemy Tech used by Airframes in Chrono Cross. This tech allows Airframes to rise up into the air before diving, face-first, onto a selected target, dealing fairly heavy damage.
Description[edit | edit source]
The Airframe in question will propel itself up into the air with a mighty flap of its wings. The screen will then blank out momentarily before reverting, whereupon the Airframe is observed to crash into the selected target. As the Airframe comes into contact with the target, an explosion of a purple-colored energy will occur, causing the target to lose its balance and fall onto its back.
