TheStare (トキメキ熱視線 , Tokimeki netsushisen, lit. Throbbing Thermal Stare?) is a Red Enemy Tech used by Flea in Chrono Cross. This tech allows Flea to cast a flirtatious glance at all foes on-screen, whereupon a lethal heart-shaped apparition will both inflict heavy damage and the Confuse status effect on said foes.

The tech starts off with little pink sparkles floating around Flea's body, which later gather around his mouth. Flea then places his hands over his mouth and promptly releases a huge, magenta-colored heart, which is cast at his foes. This heart will be observed to explode into miniature versions of said heart, which float towards Flea's foes. As his foes attempt to flee, the miniature hearts will engulf them, causing them to trip and fall on the ground. Red-colored swirls of energy will surround their heads, which disappear after a short period of time.
