Porrean Beret (also known as Beret in the SNES/PS version) is headgear in Chrono Trigger. Increasing defense by 17, it is the 4th helmet in the game and only female characters can equip it. It can be bought in Porre or won in the Arena of the Ages. It can be purchased for 700 G and sold for 350 G.
