Peck (連続突き, , Renzoku tsuki, lit. Continuous Thrusting^?) is a White Enemy Tech used by Dodos in Chrono Cross. This tech allows Dodos to literally peck a selected target several times, dealing fairly heavy damage in the process. This tech is only activated when a player character uses an element in battle, which, for reasons unknown, angers all Dodos present on the field.

Description[edit | edit source]

The Dodo in question will run up to the selected target and proceed to peck him/her ten times in a row. Each time the Dodo's beak comes into contact with the target, bright flashes of light will appear. The Dodo will finish off the move with one final peck, before opening its mouth wide in triumph and leaping back to its starting position.
