Mouth of Truth is a character in Radical Dreamers: Nusumenai Hōseki. Located between the Atrium and the Armory, Serge places several objects from Kid's pockets into the open mouth of the sculpture, hoping to activate it. Kid allows her temper to get the best of her when the Mouth swallows several of her items, causing her to biff Serge. Only once the Hand-Shaped Plate is deposited within the mouth does the water from the fountain in the Atrium finally drain. The plate is recovered from a random encounter against Goblins.

The Bocca della Verità is the real-life equivalent of The Mouth of Truth. La Bocca della Verità, a statue found in Luxembourg Garden in Paris, depicts a woman sticking her hand inside a Mouth of Truth, reminiscent of how Kid handles the object in-game.
