BalloonLoan (風船ひとつ , Fūsen hitotsu, lit. One Balloon?) is Skelly's Level 5 tech in Chrono Cross. Learned upon gaining 15 boss stars, Skelly gains the ability to blow a balloon which temporarily increases his attack power by 20%, and also heal some of his HP.

Skelly will start off by placing two of the fingers from his left hand over his mouth before blowing a rainbow-colored orb. When this orb reaches its maximum size, it will be released from Skelly's mouth, and is revealed to be a balloon. This balloon will pop in a blast of white-colored sparkles, which rain down onto Skelly in a crescendo of red-colored mist. As this mist touches Skelly, several dark-colored orbs are observed to pop around him. A message will then flash across the screen, announcing that Skelly's attack power has been temporarily increased.
