Norstein Bekkler is a character that appears in Chrono Trigger. He resides at the Tent of Horrors at Leene Square when the Millennial Fair is being held.
Tent of Horrors
Bekkler hosts a mini-game where people can pay 10, 40, or 80 Silver Points.
Paying 10 Silver Points results in playing a game where Bekkler will call in three soldiers who tell the player their tells, shuffle around, and then are to find the soldier Bekkler tells them to find.
