The Mystic Mountains are a mountain chain in Prehistory(65,000,000 B.C.). The first Gate into this time period is located here. When the party first arrives here, they are ambushed by reptites but as they are overpowered, Ayla fights the reptites off. From then on, the party is able to use the gate by jumping off a cliff. Also, Kino is said to have been found here as a baby.
