Hit, also known as Hit Percentage, Hit Rate, Accuracy etc., is a battle mechanic in the Chrono series that influences a character's or enemy's ability to successfully land an attack. In Chrono Trigger, the ribbon accessory that Marle begins the game with increase the Hit Rate statistic. In Chrono Cross, Hit Percentage can be augmented by casting the Green Element, EagleEye, and decreased by casting BatEye, which is also a Green Element.
